BOOK A TEE TIME

For tee time reservations, book online or call 703-830-2400 during posted business hours. You will be required to enter a credit card to hold the tee time but you will not be charged and payment is due at the course at the time of check-in.  All fees are due upon arrival at the course.

Tee times can be reserved up to 7 days in advance for the general public.  VIP Members can book 14 days in advance.  Singles, at course discretion, may be paired with an existing twosome or threesome.

Cancellation Policy: At least 24 hours notice must be given to cancel or request changes to your tee time. Please do not send emails requesting tee times, changes, or cancellations. All changes and cancellations should be made promptly by calling the golf shop at 703-830-2400.

As a student of golf-course architecture and design, I see some of the same elements in the golf course here as in for instance, Crooked Stick or Shore Acres. The small greens here make framing the holes behind carved-out recesses, under tall trees and shaped into the surrounding mounds easy. Visually, this is a very surprising and appealing short course. There was an obvious intention to think this place out. That is to say, the golf course was a priority in creating the Virginia Golf Center. No Brainer Short Game

Take what you do naturally and apply it to a consistent short game system! The No Brainer is a short game system created by Raspberry Golf Academy Director of Instruction Patrick McGuire. It is designed to take what the player does naturally to develop consistent and reliable shots around the greens. We all have natural swings that are easy to repeat and produce a certain distance over and over again. The No Brainer system allows the player to measure how far these shots go in chipping, pitching, and flopping, and how to make minor adjustments to that natural shot through feel rather than technical positions. By the end of the program, you will have a list of precise numbers within each short game technique that will be ready for on-course play right away. You will be learning the same process used by our touring professionals around the world. This is a five-week program with two classes offered each week for convenience.

Project 130

Discover consistent and repeatable swings for distances between 60 and 130 yards! Project 130 is a is a wedging system created by Raspberry Golf Academy Director of Instruction Patrick McGuire. We define wedging as the area from 60-130 yards, as this is a different technique than short game. Similar to the No Brainer short game system, this is designed to take what the player can do naturally to develop consistent and reliable shots up to 130 yards. You will be learning how to control trajectory with your wedges in order to produce certain distances that are unique to you. By the end of the program, you will have a list of precise numbers with multiple clubs in various trajectories that will be ready for on-course play right away. You will be learning the same process used by our touring professionals around the world. European Tour player and RGA student Paul Peterson won the Czech Masters the week after being introduced to Project 130 and led the field in wedging statistics. This is a five-week program with two classes offered each week for convenience.

Raspberry Golf Academy is proud to team up with US Sports Camps to offer NIKE Junior Golf Camps at Virginia Golf Center. These programs are designed for players of all skill levels looking to improve their game in a fun, camp environment. Our same great RGA Certified staff will be on hand to help your junior golfer get better this summer!

NIKE Half Day Camps (Ages 6-14)

The half day program is designed to pique the interest of new golfers while also offering intermediate golfers the instruction needed to improve. Half day campers receive three hours of instruction each day with emphasis on putting, chipping, bunker play and full swing. Half Day Camps run Monday through Thursday from 9:00am - 12:00pm (AM Half Day) or 1:00pm-4:00pm (PM Half Day). On Thursday, campers will play the course and receive on-course instruction.

2025 Camp Sessions: Prices vary per session and availability.

AM Half Day Camps: June 16-19, June 23-26, June 30-July 3, July 7-10, July 14-17, July 21-24, July 28-31, August 4-7, August 11-14
